ZenDesk JIRA plugin

Plugin for JIRA providing Zendesk integration. This includes functionality for sending updates to Zendesk when JIRA issues with an associated Zendesk ticket are updated and extending the default JIRA SOAP interface with functionality needed by Zendesk.

  • Assignable users WS — ZenDesk needs to list assignable users for a JIRA project. The WS for this doesn't currently exist in JIRA
  • Issue change notifications — ZenDesk needs to update it's tickets releated to JIRA tasks, when these are changed
